We want you to be happy with your Dart, therefore in case you do not love your order we offer you different options to proceed.
You have fourteen(14) calendar days from when you receive your order to return your purchase, for a refund if you’re not happy.
The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Labels must still be attached.
Your package must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice of purchase.

Please pack and seal your return securely using an insured carrier service.
Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error. All postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the garment is faulty.
Please also make sure to keep your proof of postage/ tracking number for your own insurance. Dart is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If package is lost, damaged or tampered with in transit, we will provide store credit, no refund will be made.
Upon receipt of the item, we will credit back within 5-7 business days.
You will be reimbursed with the full amount of your order including the delivery expenses, given that you had chosen the least expensive method of delivery available in our Site.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. For purchases through PayPal, if: PayPal balance or PayPal bank account was used, the amount will immediately be refunded back to your PayPal account. If a Credit card was used, the refund will immediately be sent to the credit card company for processing. Generally, this can take 1-7 days depending on the credit card company. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
In the case that you eventually changed your mind, after we receive back the product you bought in the first place in its original condition and packaging (labels must still be attached), you will be getting a discount coupon to use in your next order equal to the price of the item you returned. Any delivery charges that arise during this whole process is your responsibility.
We don’t offer an exchange service through our website, due to our limited number of items.
To order a new size, style or colour of your chosen item, you just have to place a new order through our online shop,you can apply your personal discount code and the amount will be automatically deducted.
If there is a defect with your product or an oversight with your order, after we get back the product you mistakenly received in its original condition, we’ll send out the right one within 3-5 business days from the delivery.
