Our Clothes are designed and handmade for you in Greece.
We believe that creating a garment is an art that is slowly dying and we want to share the signiﬁcance of the craﬅ and celebrate the skills of the craﬅspeople who create them.
Our intention is to make meticulous craﬅed clothes that we love in limited quantities. We want to create clothes that provoke feelings and make our customers feel special.
To that end, we handmade our designs in Greece and in small numbered quantities.
- HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
You can find our Designs by clicking the Designs tab in our Homepage. You can browse our products by category and choose the one you prefer, the color you like and the size that fits you best (we strongly recommend you to view our size chart for every item, in order to be informed about the measurements each garment has). Add it to cart and follow the easy checkout process to finalize your order. At the next step, it is necessary to fill out your Billing address and the Shipping address, only if different. You can choose to create an account with us, or proceed with a guest account. From this point, we take on and you’ll be informed about the following steps of your order.
- HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
You can use our payment methods:
– Viva Payments.
– Credit/ debit/ prepaid card via Viva Payments service S.A.
– PayPal Account.
- ARE TRANSACTIONS SECURE?
Dart clothing takes the necessary precautions in order to protect the security of your data. All critical information such as credit card data are processed through third party and highly credible providers such as Viva Payments & PayPal.
- IS VAT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
Every item price includes 24% VAT
- WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS & HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER ?
All orders that ship within Greece have an estimated delivery period of 2-3 business days. For all other destinations outside Greece the estimated delivery period is 3-5 business days. Delivery costs for Greece comes to a standard amount of 4,00 € on all orders within the country. Delivery is also free on orders over 70,00€.
All international orders ship with DHL courier service with a standard delivery fee. Delivery periods vary according to the destination. Delivery is free on orders over 200,00€ .
Fixed cost 12€. Express Delivery times 2-4 days.

- HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once the order is confirmed, packed and sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use your tracking number to check out your order status.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We deliver our items in various locations around the world.
We have standard delivery fees for countries of the European Union.
However we would love to sent our items wherever they are desired. All you have to do is contact us on email@example.com and we will sent you a shipping quote for your location and further details about the delivery
- CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us via e-mail into firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 hour from the completion of your order or call on +302316018608. You will be notified on when you will be reimbursed if you have already made the payment.
- WHAT IS THE COUPON AND HOW CAN I USE IT?
The coupon offers you a discount. If you are eligible for one, you will get an e-mail containing the code of the coupon that you should enter before the completion of the order to get a discount.
- DO I HAVE TO REGISTER FOR AN ACCOUNT SO TO MAKE MY ORDER?
You can choose to create an account with us, or proceed with a guest account.
If you choose to make a user account you will be able to:

• automatically have your shipping details filled out each time you make an order
• add products to your wishlist to run back to whenever you feel like it

- WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
You have the right to return your product and request for a refund or an exchange within fourteen(14) calendar days from when you receive your order. This suggests that you will have to make your decision clear to us to inform us about the request for the return of your order before the end of the 14th day as stated above.
For you to be actually eligible for a refund, the following requirements are necessary: The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, labels must still be attached. Your package must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice of purchase. You must fill in the return form you received with your parcel, giving us the information we need in order to process your request. - WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HASN’T BEEN DELIVERED YET?
Once the order is confirmed, packed and sent you will receive a shipping confirmation mail with a tracking number. Use it to check you order status. If it takes more time than normally (according to the destination place), please contact us via e-mail or phone to solve it. If you already have a registered account, you can always view your order history or status at any time. That’s for sure the easiest way to keep an eye on your orders.
